Sessions
Once we have agreed to work together, we can arrange our
first session and in general we will see each other once a
week for one hour to begin with. We will regularly assess
our progress and this will allow us to decide if weekly
sessions are still required.
My approach to sessions is to ensure our work is
meaningful and productive, so when people have achieved
all or some of their goals, they sometimes decide to
maintain the relationship through holding
sessions... and this means that people may have a
session once a fortnight or monthly. so the door is never
closed here and I offer a flexible approach to my clients.
Confidentiality and professional conduct
As an individual member of the BACP I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure (www.bacp.co.uk). I am held accountable for all I do. You are in safe hands.
Fees and payment
- I charge £60 per 1 hour session for counselling services and I ask for payment after each session please
- I offer a fee reduction for people who are on low
income for an agreed time - this can be reviewed as our
work progresses
- I charge £60 for a one hour REIKI session
- Career coaching would need to be discussed according
to your needs
